What is QueensMindset Weekend?

QueensMindset Weekend is a two-day empowerment experience designed to help women reclaim their voice, rebuild their identity, and rise in purpose. The event brings together women from around the world for powerful conversations, networking, inspiration, and celebration.

Ticket Pricing

QueensMindset Weekend offers several ticket options for attendees.

Saturday – Ladies Empowerment Brunch (In Person)

$105 USD (includes a $5 service fee)

Virtual Access (1 Day)

$80 USD (includes a $5 service fee)

Full Weekend Pass (Both Days)

$180 USD (includes a $5 service fee)

The additional $5 is a service fee applied to online payments.

To receive special offers and promotions, participants must first register as a QueensMindset member.

Payment Plan (Barbados Residents Only)

A payment plan is available only for persons residing in Barbados.

Payment must be made via bank transfer or cash only.

Payment Plan Structure

50% deposit required upfront to secure your seat
Remaining balance paid in two installments

Your ticket will only be considered confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Ticket Policy

All tickets are non-refundable
Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend
If transferring a ticket, the updated attendee name must be shared with the Welcome Desk upon arrival

Important Note

Seats are limited and early registration is highly recommended. Dress code inspiration is available on the website.

Is there a virtual option for people outside Barbados?

Yes. Women who are unable to attend in person can join the experience through our virtual access option.

Virtual attendees will receive details on how to join prior to the event.

Will there be travel assistance available?

Yes. We have partnered with an official travel agent who can assist attendees with:

Flight bookings
Accommodation arrangements

Is transportation included?

Transportation is not included in travel bookings. However, transportation requests may be submitted during registration.

Will there be a Barbados tour?

Yes. An optional Barbados island tour will take place on June 26.

Tour options range between $100 – $200, depending on the experience selected. Full details will be shared with registered attendees.

What is the recommended arrival date?

We recommend arriving in Barbados on June 25 so you can enjoy the full weekend experience, including the optional island tour on June 26.

Will meals be provided?

Yes.

A buffet brunch will be served on June 27.
A formal dinner will be served during the awards ceremony on June 28.

Will I receive a confirmation after registering?

Yes. After completing your registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your digital ticket.

Can men attend?

Men can attend the dinner and awards only.
